IOI MALL COMMUNITY RUN ( 7km )- 9TH NOV 08

Wake up at 5am , get ready to go to Yan er House to gather with the other runners.

A bit nervous today because i were told by Andy that this organization did not prepare water station.Yesterday night i bought a water tumbler special for runners.

Its cost very low can fill in 1 liter of water, i dint fill in full but just half.

I hope i can light weight to run this marathon. haha

We arrived at the opposite puchong Giant Mall.
Not much people join this race because of the prizes not attractive? or no finisher medal?

My dear & me ready at the starting point. But the Race start at 8.am.
Bang! there goes the gun shot.

Starting of the slow jog... and then speed up a bit because of the other runners stressing me running like a mad cow..
My leg was still paining because of the previous genting trailblazer at genting awana.
Im happy with the flat road because i wont easily kaput half way. hehe

My breathing still good and still running non stop.
I want to break my record for not stopping for the 7 km run.

Women Qualifying time: 1 hour & 15 minutes.

Men Qualifying time : 1 hour.

Those who qualify only get the certificate.

I am qualified....!!! My timing 1 hour and 9 minutes.

fuh..... very happy with my record.

Finish the race with a Cry Joy ...
